Sheren Govinden

Sheren is a graduate from Middlesex University where he was awarded a First Class Honours and subsequently studied for the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University. He was later called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln\'s Inn in 2015 and to the Bar of Mauritius in 2016.

His areas of practice include civil litigation, employment law, family disputes, media and telecommunication law, company and commercial disputes, intellectual property, competition law, foreign investment law and tax law at the level of the Assessment Review Committee. Sheren is also a consultant in Arbitration for, KoVe Global LLP, an International Arbitration Law Firm, headquartered in Chennai, India. He is often called upon to work as a junior counsel in arbitration cases with a focus on the African continent.

Sheren is actively involved in community projects with Mouvement Civique de Grannum , Thalassemia Group Mauritius and the Rotaract Club of Quatre Bornes. He also likes travelling, photography and fishing.
